Contacted seller who responded instantly and issued me a part refund as I didn’t want to send the item back and have to wait for another which the seller was happy to do. Upon install I realised the item has obviously been sent back before and then sent out to me as there was marks where grip washers and bolts had been pressed on before. Came with no instructions either. Got my part refund and the seller did offer me a new item and responded instantly
