I contacted the seller to advise and he rang me the following day apologising for the inconvenience, he said he would send me another. True to his word he sent me a replacement which I received very quickly. The quality of the blind is excellent and fits perfectly, I’m very happy with how it looks and believe it offers very good value for money. I really hope the seller gets a refund from the courier company.

The seller actually called me just before Christmas to apologise for a possible delay with delivery. Then e-mailed me to say he'd managed to get it sent out and I would get it on time as described. Lovely company and excellent product. Highly recommended.
