  The Franklin T10 arrived quickly, thank you very much. It's a great price for this unit. Unfortunately, although the seal was intact, the box appears to have been pried open on one side, and the SIM card was inserted into the unit. Not "New, In Unopened Box", as advertised. Not a problem for my use case, but disconcerting.

  Responded to and accepted my offer almost immediately. Shipping was faster than expected,the packaging was very secure and waterproof (it arrived on a wet day) and it was exactly as described. Was listed as not OEM, but looks comparable in quality for a fraction of the price. Couldn't ask for more.
