  Disappointed with recent Tweed pliers purchase. Previously bought in 2019 with no issues, but these arrived with beaks too thick for clinical use. Seller communication was confusing & inconsistent. Promised a replacement with thinner beaks or a prepaid return label, but neither materialized. Received conflicting return instructions, then was told to cancel the return. After cancelling, return option disappeared. Dragged on too long with no resolution. Ended up with unusable pliers and no refund.
