    I would give this seller an excellent review. I have ordered things from EBAY for years and this is the first time the UPS emailed me that my package was delivered with a photo of a porch that was not mine. Eventhough I had the tracking number, they would not help me. I contacted this seller and he immediately sent a replacement. Thank you so much.

    4-8-25. Just got this SHOULD HAVE BEEN in same box with the teabags I bought from the seller. This should have been delivered by FedEx. Nope: our terrible area Amazon delivered it. I feel I was liked to. Messaged seller way before I got it & they didn't listen. Lucky am giving seller positive feedback. Lucky this particular Amazon driver actually brought it to my apartment door.

    VERY fast service and shipping. No charge for shipping and arrived long before I expected. Packaging was satisfactory (heavy duty boxes in plastic bags/sleeves. Not clear on whether I'm buying from a small business or Amazon (packaging indicated Amazon). Would prefer to support small businesses.

    received item, open the package, the bottle was in the package, but no product inside bottle contacted the seller, they did responded,. they apologize and said they were going to look into it. waited several days didn't hear anything back. sent another email, they responded back with thank you for you cooperation it means a lot have a great day going ahead, waited a day and sent another email asking for my money back this time they wanted pics which I will send. but they are just dragging me out
