  I would give this seller an excellent review. I have ordered things from EBAY for years and this is the first time the UPS emailed me that my package was delivered with a photo of a porch that was not mine. Eventhough I had the tracking number, they would not help me. I contacted this seller and he immediately sent a replacement. Thank you so much.

  Fast shipping, good price. Poor way to package for delivery. The thin plastic bag that the tube was in was squashed flat, luckily the tube was only slightly creased up. I would suggest finding some other way to ship this product.

  Item arrived damaged and unusable. It was not the packaging pictured either. Though seller authorized a return, they did not issue a return label, as they had informed EBay, that they had. I had to ask EBay to step in. Now, awaiting the refund from EBay.

  Handles fit well and work as they should. Item description states that they are polished metal. Handles I received were black plastic. Reached out to seller and was told they would look into the situation and heard no more after that. Handles work well but I could have bought plastic handles at a lesser cost than what I paid for these which were described as metal. Give seller B rating
