    I am really sorry to have to put in a negative report and I have never done so before in all my happy years with EBay. I have received the wrong product . I ordered the Andrex Family Soft COCONUT SCENTED Toilet Rolls, but sadly I received The Andrex Family Soft Clean and Gentle Care, Puppies on every roll. I contacted the seller about the mistake , but sadly NO REPLY. I cannot send this huge package back, so I will keep them. I love the Coconut Scent so will purchase them from Someone else.

    Thank you for responding to my complaint about the long time between order and delivery. However, the packaging was an absolute disgrace. I buy a lot of Buxton Water via Amazon and no problems, plus delivery in 1 to two days. Your delivery yesterday was in a large box taped up because it had broken open at some stage. The normal shrink wrap holding the 24 bottles together was in the box without bottles in it. We unloaded the correct number of bottled Where was the Failure?
