  Item was just as described and when I received it the box was crushed pretty bad and I contacted the seller and let them know. They assured me if it was damaged they would exchange it with no issues. Didn't have to exchange it tho.i have no doubt they would have kept their word. Even tho it wasn't their fault. Great to deal with and responded quick.

  The seller is great, I will order again when needed. The item I purchased was good quality and arrived in the same condition listed. My original order was lost in shipping so I contacted the seller, their communication was fast and eager to help with my situation, they investigated the claim found that the package was lost in transit and promptly sent out a replacement.

  Excellent transaction, well communicated, decent price, part fit perfectly, seems good quality, just as ordered in new condition, looked perfect and well packaged. Shipped quickly. I was concerned as the part had to be installed before the later end of the shipping range and it arrived two days ahead which allowed the timing to be even better than hoped. Glad to use Ebay when I can and this is a seller worth bookmarking for auto parts for sure. Thanks!

  I'm putting this in the positive feedback even though the experience wasn't that great. The part was eventually delivered, UPS in Lexington KY held it for almost 3 weeks, the package was beat up pretty bad although the part was undamaged and in good condition. Seems to be good quality product and a decent price. Did not arrive in a timely manner at all, that 2-4 day shipping IS NOT CORRECT AT ALL. Seller communication seemed very robotic, like auto responses. I blame UPS

  the photo I saw advertised was not the same that arrived. we spoke. they corrected the issue. I returned the item, and received refund. took a while but was satisfied. Always watch the photo advertised. Was disappointed at the down time, found another item and bought that from a different seller. customer service was friendly to deal with.
