  The seller was extremely nice and helpful! Since they are located outside the USA and I’m in the USA they had trouble shipping the item but they kept trying and at last the item arrived! I would highly recommend this seller as they are very communicative! The item was as described and at a good price! The packaging was great too!

First off, they arrived exactly as described new in-box plus, they were just as pictured. Great quality in good condition. Superb value. Shipped super fast & arrived quickly. Also safely packaged!   Seller went above and beyond! Plush is beautiful and as described and packaged well. Great value! Shipping was longer than expected with the new policies in the US but the item made it safely into our hands today. Thank you so much for communicating!

  Shipping took a little while but I expected that since it was supposedly coming from Canada. When I received the package, the bag was in normal condition, as described. It said the package came from Illinois not Canada tho. $25 for shipping was way too much.

  The item was shipped from Canada its a forwarding service. $25 unfortunately didnt even cover the shipping plus tariffs i paid on behalf of the buyer. I did send many screen shots of proof of border crossing and exactly where in canada the item was dropped off! im sorry you felt $25 was too much but hope you got my messages and proof of where the item came from :)
