  Our 3rd order from these guys and as usual, beautiful quality, fast delivery and great value for money. Items always come well packaged and in great condition.   Absolutely awful seller I request to cancel on Sunday by accident which she rejected and then it said it was dispatched on Sunday so I checked the tracking four days went by and nothing so I contacted her. She takes the Mick to reply back. And she said oh it hasn’t been posted. We’re waiting for eBay. To get in contact so we can cancel the transaction. Why did she reject the cancellation then?   Item recieved doesn’t meet the option I had paid and chosen. Recieved feet design when I selected block design. Seller takes days to respond to messages, one message states they would replace straight away then now trying to say they have refunded me…haven’t recieved any refund. Wouldn’t recommend this seller. This blanket was a gift and still no further forward with a resolution. Shocking.
