  Package arrived much later than I expected and the box was broken open from handeling and mostly because it was not packaged properly. I have not tried to install the product because I am leary of the way it was banged around in shipping.Also it was not marked fragile. Sorry! I am not impressed with the 100% rating of this seller! And the product did not appear to have been refurbished as advertised! Terry

  Seller worked hard to keep me satisfied. As per description the item didn t come with a power cord but I missed that and the cord I had didn t work. Seller worked to find me a cord which worked perfectly.
