    The phone worked fine and was in the condition described (it even included a screen protector as a bonus), but it would not let me use a non-Verizon eSIM. (This is reported to be a problem with unlocked Pixel phones that had been activated on Verizon.) I had to return it. That said, I had a very good experience with the seller. The shipping was fast and they responded very quickly and professionally. The return was easy and the refund quick. Recommended.

    Got device earlier than expected. Condition is as listed I will definitely purchase from seller again. Although I had a few hiccups they were very responsive and was willing to accommodate me in any way they can.

    The phone arrived promptly(3 days) and was delivered by US mail priority to my mailbox. It was packed nicely to avoid damage. When opened the "very good" quality phone appeared perfect. There was a very slight small nick on the side, you have to look closely for it. To be honest, it could have been sold as new and nobody would have questioned it. Beautiful phone. When powered up, the phone worked on both AT&T and Mint Sims no problem. Battery seems good also. Highly Recommend this seller

    Shipped the item the next day I bought it and when I returned the item due to the network not supporting our area, they immediately refunded me as soon they received it. Good Seller that tries their best to keep customers happy. Hopefully I shop from them in the future
