  Sent turquoise nuggets. Said he didn't have this necklace so decided to substitute without approval. Then said he sent me messages...NOT. Did refund at my request.

  I don't mind the neutral rating but her feedback was completely untrue. I did message her 4 times with no reply. So I sent the substitute necklace and told her she could return it for full refund if she wanted. She got it and replied with a very hateful message that she wanted to return it. So I offered her to keep the necklace and I would refund her in full, including shipping, which I did immediately because I try to keep customers happy. Can we do anything about her lying in my feedback.
