  I got exactly what order. All cosmetic damage on the item was properly showcased and described. Everything was packaged nicely together. Shipping arrived within the expected window. I think this was a really solid value for the hardware. I personally bought this machine to run Linux, and the performance has been solid. Battery life is great. I’m overall really happy with this product and seller.

  I got my laptop really quickly on the 9th of june and they we're really helpful online making sure it was accurate and operational but due to my own inexperience I cause the laptop to crash and fail but they helped to get me through the warranty getting my name and email licensed to the laptop for repairs or a full new replacement for the laptop so I'm getting a full replacement these people are really helpful and really nice to teach and explain the processes I didn't know of until today ty

Excellent shopping experience to replace an old lunker of a desktop my wife kept to play her favorite games from growing up.
