  I placed an order and paid for this item on May 6th. It's been 8 days and the item hasn't shipped. I sent several messages to the seller for an update on the status of my order but received no response. I cant cancel the order or request a refund. At this point I'll probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I'm not sure what the issue is, but the description advertised that items ship within 24 hrs of an order being placed. False advertising and no communication from seller.

  Contacted seller and they immediately sent another. This time it was not lost by the USPS. They even said if the other one should by chance show up that I could keep it. Very pleased with how it all worked out.
