  I received the item and it was partially inop. The item was packaged in original box and packaging material and I could tell it was new. I contacted the seller about the issue. He was awesome to work with and came up a solution that worked for both of us. Even though there was an issue I am positive the seller was not aware of it. It is refreshing to deal with a person that is honest and worked to come up with a solution. I would not hesitate to buy other items from this seller in the future.
