It was mailed from Canada with his proof (photo) of a purchased mailing label. I waited a few weeks and then asked for return of total purchase price. The Seller communicated and reluctantly agreed (I understood his frustration). I received the refund within 3 business days. IF the item ever arrives, I will absolutely refund to the Seller a total of $5 US. Thanks for everything.
