  Seller shipped the wrong sign. I reached out, and was told to ship the one I received back with proof of tracking and that once it was received, I would be able to get a refund. I live 20 miles from a post office. I offered to keep the wrong sign that the seller sent, and would pay for it as soon as I received the correct one, but never heard back. The seller never admitted their mistake nor apologized for their error. Bad customer service.
