    Very pleased with this lamp. Arrived promptly, in perfect condition, very well packaged. In it's original box, extra cardboard protection added plus bubble wrap plastic outer packaging. Lamp exactly as described, good value & fits my extremely old Sankyo, Dualux 2000H projector perfectly. Highly recommend seller & would use again.

Once I provided proof, they immediately sent a replacement with 1st class shipping at no extra cost. The new package arrived in perfect condition.
