  My purchase was dispatched quickly. It was really well packed, great value for money, and exactly what I need. There had been a problem with RMailsaying it was delivered somewhere other than where it should have been, and was, the seller was very quick to respond and contacted R Mail pretty much immediately, they weren't much help, so eBay were contacted and gave advise on how to proceed. The seller has been nothing but brilliant and patient with me to help sort all this out. Thanks so much.

  Superb Black Forest bear, as described, at a very reasonable price! Speedy service was provided by this seller. My package arrived battered but fortunately the bear was packaged well enough to survive the journey unscathed. A+++ transaction! A pleasure doing business!   shipping was really fast!! came in about 2 working days, they were packaged really securely, little bit of dirt and cobwebs on the skulls but that’s okay
