    Love, love, LOVE this company. Promptly reply to all my messages and so helpful. Quality needles sent with 10 days to AUS. The same quality as my very expensive sewing machine dealer seals and at a quarter of the price. Vintage machine owners, these people are the BOMB!

    Items were new. Happy with purchase. Shipping, not so much. Not the sellers fault. Package was left on my business door step on a Friday with a sign 2 ft above where it was left saying to deliver all packages to an other suite as we are not there. Glad it was well packaged as it got rained on. It sat outside on a doorstep for 3 days. I would never use that delivery company if I knew who it was.

    I want to leave a very positive review for this seller. The item that I ordered from this seller appeared to be lost by the shipping company in transit. I reached out to the seller and explained the situation to them. They immediately offered to send me a replacement to make sure that I received what I had purchased. Communication with them was super easy and friendly. I would absolutely recommend working with this seller.
