  Pots were exactly as described by seller, even better once received. Unfortunately one arrived damaged. Original feed back stated pots were to be returned. However there was a change of heart by the seller… After a bit of negotiating with the seller and added help of eBay a refund was issued for the damaged pot. It was a very pleasant surprise when the seller refunded more than was requested during original negotiations. Which was very much appreciated.

  absolutly beautiful and just as pictured ....id only advise the shipper not to use fed ex as it was two days late with no updates from fed ex...and since it was a signature required i was on stand by for 2 full days with zero communication from fed ex : ( However the seller packaged and mailed this immediatly after purchase so it's not the problem of the seller but Fed ex 's bad communication

My worries were without basis. xespeed, the seller, did a world class packing job on this fragile item. Needless to say my purchase arrived intact and I am grateful.   Seller 0wes me $35.43 in shipping refund due to combining three items. Ground Advantage shipping was at maximum $37.45 but charged me $74.2 ($18 + $18 + $38.20) and only refunded me $1.32 instead of the $36.75 in savings by combining shipping. Refused to show shipping receipt and broke off communication when presented with USPS pricing for weight size and zone. product was as advertised, no issue with product
