  Great Bayer 5*... Shame the courier was a bit pants, just dumped on the front doorstep, the box split open, left out in the open for anyone to come & steal it. A bit more effort they could have left it round the back. Then you get an E-Mail from them asking to rate the delivery person... 1 star from me...

  5*seller, Items arrived well packed and intact, BUT for an unknown reason the bag contained a lot of water, as did a second parcel I received, even though it wasn't and hadn't been raining, & a small amount had found it's way into the bulb packs and on to bulbs including the 3 halogen ones, I have managed to wipe them all with a paper tissue and dry the boxes out so am hoping the halogens have not suffered any harm. Tried to contact EVERI but it's proved less than useless but will try again.

  Item as shown and quick delivery. Unfortunately the parcel arrived damaged and was leaking. Sadly I only noticed this after the courier had taken a picture of me holding it, so although I had then refused the delivery, it took a while for the courier company to find the parcel.. As soon as that was sorted (took a few days!) the seller refunded me immediately and I re-ordered.

  Seller dispatched, then EVRI got hold of it and then it all went pear shaped, 10 days later still waiting I contacted the seller who refunded me immediately, 2 days after refund EVri informed me they would deliver my parcel today ? then shortly after it was being returned to seller ? thank you seller for trying.

  excellent price & fast dispatch by seller. but item still not received after 7 days due to evri holding item due to damage. i have contacted evri, but still no further info on item. awaiting more info from seller.
