  Wrong item sent , boxed incorrectly the last thing you need when vehicle is jacked up and stripped. However return was free and communication good but had issues getting them to understand the issue in messages. Had to order the same from another supplier which fortunately was correct and arrived quickly.

  I inadvertently ordered the part with the wrong connection which I then returned to the seller. They sent out a replacement part which unfortunately Evri never delivered. The seller couldn’t have been more helpful whilst I was making enquiries and, after discussing with me, offered to send out a second replacement part which arrived promptly delivered by Evri. Thank you for a great service!

  The customer communications and service has been fantastic. Delivery time was brilliant, packaging of the first unit was not adequate. There were issues with two mirror units for a vw t5.1, sadly these could not be resolved but with the feedback, communication and information I provided hopefully these issues can be resolved. The product was very good value if it was fully functional. Appearance was as new. Quality issues are letting this provider down as their customer service is first class.
