He reached out and helped to correct...The order was quickly shipped again and it arrived safely. Fragile items were packed well and able to make two trips without breakage.   I was delighted to find these books available at such a reasonable price! My grandmother had them and they were some of my favorite books when I was learning to read! Packaged in a sturdy container, the books arrived in great condition, exactly as described! Fast shipping. Great product!

  Wonderful vintage VHS the single CD plays well The script copy is very cool, never seen them before.   Item took almost a month to arrive due to US Post Office misrouting multiple times. Item also arrived broken into multiple pieces. None of this the seller's fault AND the seller provided a full refund. When a purchase goes this badly, you really can't blame the seller as they tried to do everything possible to provide the item to the buyer.
