  Verry responsive customer service and helpful we bought from them the printhead unfortunately it arrived broken as the post company damaged the packaging and when we addressed the issue they straight away did refund us the full amount.

  There was a listing error which the seller immediately acknowledged, a refund was offered after looking at options I decided to accept the partial refund, the communication with this seller is excellent, I have no problem rating their service as 5 star and will buy again from this seller

  i purchased a lens for an event and the description stated it would arrive within a time frame of 6 days after purchase to a few days before the event (just over a week and a half) i needed it for and so did the confirmation. initially communication was good, then i asked about the tracking and asked if i would receive it when it said it would and they said no it won’t can i wait longer. after sending multiple msgs asking if i can get a refund they have now stopped responding.
