    Seller was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were readily available when I had questions, and even reached out to me prior to shipping to make absolute sure the item I ordered was as described. Shipping was prompt and easy, and packaging was superb, especially considering the fragility of the item.     I have not used eBay and this seller before for such a large value item, and was therefore apprehensive. However prior to purchase I asked lots a questions which the seller answered straight away. I even had an issue with my credit card which took about 4 days for me to resolve with my bank and during that time the seller took the item off sale so to reserve it for me. After only 4 days to travel from Japan to Australian the item arrived exactly as advertised. Absolutely brilliant service.

    Sword is exactly as pictured and was well packaged. Seller was pleasant to work with and open to help in any way in case of difficulty with shipment or customs. There was a minor delay until shipping, but withing expectations and a small issue with customs that was solved quickly, but overall a good experience and I can recommend to anyone looking for an authentic antique.

    This sword was very well packaged and delivered in good time once shipped. Its condition is just as described, it took some serious inspection for me to find the small flaws that were advertised, but they are there. This seller has amazing attention to detail! This is an excellent entry level katana, I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!
