  Item arrived in excellent condition, exactly as shown in pictures & as described in the listing. It was packaged very well to make sure there were no issues affecting quality during the shipping process. The price paid for the item + shipping was extremely fair. Total time from date of purchase until arrival was 15 Days, ok shipping speed. Entire transaction went smoothly, no complaints. Highly satisfied with everything about this purchase and would recommend this seller to others.

  As a top rated seller plus we have to ship the next day after purchase or we loose our rating. that is an Ebay rule. Unfortunately we do no not control USPS, UPS or FEDEX shipping speed. We are sorry it took USPS so long but there is nothing we can do about it.

  Item was exactly as described & shown in seller photos and it arrived in perfect condition with no damage. Shipping was prompt &I received a message from the seller advising it had shipped. Shipping was reasonable & the item arrived before the expected/projected delivery date. Item was packaged well in a sturdy box with ample quality packing materials securely protecting the item.   I had the best experience with this seller, it was over the holidays and a snow storm and the package got all messed up in shipping. This seller was personable, friendly, and attentive to every message. She went out of her way to contact postage support, tracked my item with me daily, checked in to ensure the package arrived in good condition after all the postage trouble and then refunded my shipping cost despite it not being her fault.   Rosenthal has always been a favorite of mine and these ducks and puppies are so cute. Fair price shipped promptly received in good condition. It was packed really well. I would use this vendor again.
