  The item came very quickly and was in very good shape and looked exactly as pictured. It was packaged well and free from any damage. There was a power cord missing, but this seller worked with me very quickly and politely to remedy the issue. I would buy one of their fairly priced good quality items again in the future.

  Item took forever to get here 35 days. I bought two pair of earbuds one didn’t work. I explained that it didn’t work and I just wanted them to send me another pair. They said the only way they’d help me is if I sent the bad pair back in the original package. Well I don’t have the original package because the seller had a no return policy. Then, they specifically asked me not to give t a bad review. Crappy seller.
