  Packaged with great care! An honest seller who voluntarily adjusted my shipping costs because I thought multiple ornaments! How surprising & incredibly impressive! Prices of items were reasonable. I had a question which was answered quickly & professionally. I will definitely purchase from AJ’s Diescast in the future.

  The seller is upset because I requested a refund and he proceeded to leave negative remarks. Dear lord. I’ve never had a negative review on EBay. The item had a terrible rub mark that was not indicated in the pictures or description. He wanted me to believe this happened during shipping of course. I contacted him before requesting the return and he said there was nothing they could do. I don’t have buyers remorse over a $25 car! I just don’t want to pay for something I cannot display. Sad

  Item photographed was send in protector and additionally wrapped again in shipping paper. All cars are shipped in boxes for additional protection. Once USPS picks up the package, we have no control over what happens past that. Buyer got car at discount rate and messaged after receiving to get an additional discount. We offer refunds on all item. Buyer chose to damage item to force return.

  Seller refused to provide combined shipping invoice as all listings indicated they offered. They claimed in message they didn't offer combined shipping, but after I replied with screenshot of listing showing it said it was offered they refused to reply to my message. They will likely try to make some fake excuses as a reply to feedback as I saw they kept doing for prior negative feedback in history. This seller can't be trusted and will lie and try to gaslight other eBay users don't trust them.

  Buyer ended 11 auctions without any communication and was upset by invoice. Buyer also failed to pay for 10 auctions that was reported. Zero communication before bids or during auctions. We do offer combined shipping as many other positive feedback show. Sorry we can not make everyone happy.

  I was pleasantly surprised by how well the brooch was packaged in a nicely folded large piece of paper and in a cardboard box and a plastic parcel to conceal it all- great shipping/packaging! The description of the item is accurate, well worth its value and service.
