  The item arrived in a timely manner, but when I had plugged it in and charged it, only one earbud worked. I requested a refund, and the seller contacted me to see if I would prefer a replacement instead. I did, so they sent me a replacement only to find that, lo and behold, on the second pair, STILL only one earbud worked. Save yourself some frustration. Don't buy this item.

  Hi, yes, that is very strange with two new packages acting like that. As you thought, there must have been a manufacturing defect in this line. These will not be restocked and a full refund has been issued.
