  Quick shipping, unit appears to work fine, was in "open-box new" condition as described. Excellent & prompt seller communication, they answered any/all questions I had.   Positive: item arrived 2 weeks earlier than estimate, in perfect condition. Negative: I was not able to contact the seller at time of purchase to ensure that part was compatible with my dehumidifier model. “Contact Seller” button on site did not work. Suggest that seller list all models that part is compatible with. Poorly packaged. Styrofoam protection in bottom of box but no protection to upper portion of part. Plastic part could have easily been damaged. Flimsy box, arrived damaged.
