  Item was lost by USPS/Auspost once it got to Australia. Finally delivered after about 12 days of no tracking updates after it left Sydney airport. Seller was very helpful and tried tracking as well, offered to give a refund or send another one. Waited a few more days and nothing.. But suddenly arrived after waiting several more days again. Excellent seller for offering a refund or send another one. Will gladly buy from again. Very happy with the item and very happy with the seller

  The mini flame stencils are great, worth every cent - thank you. But something worth even more is the commitment Airsick has to it's customers. They shipped expediently but USPS dropped the ball big time. The package was in Wisconsin in two days, but USPS took another 10 days to find my house. In the mean time I had ordered another stencil from Airsick and messaged them to please check the label closely. I told them about the situation and they offered to send a replacement free of charge. A+++
