  Everything is the way was described with a nice strong package -product value was preserved . Shipping was delayed but nothing in the side of the seller can do. USPS forgot to update or send information about location. Next time FEDEX.

  Took a long time to get here--but NOT the seller's fault! Very nice piece, packed carefully--arrived in perfect condition. When I contacted the seller about the delay, he was very helpful.

  Exactly as pictured, and well packaged although I wish they had used a tube or more rigid material. Bright colors on the document and has original seal and staples with the coupons.
