  First time buying a plant over seas and my experience had been great overall. Arrived in great condition, packaged up very well and arrived quickly after dispatched. Good communication off seller. Exactly as described and shown in images. Slight damage to older leaves but that's inevitably when posting plants and I prepared for that. A very good price for specimen of plant and postage.

  Amazing Seller and a superlative buying experience!! Plants arrived in perfect condition, exactly as advertised, 7 days from shipping date (and that’s inclusive of USDA APHIS inspection). Exemplary communications and patience were extended to me as I applied for a new import petmit/ ran a few gauntlets at the behest of the US Government prior to shipping. I cannot thank Kris enough and will very soon be a repeat customer.

  Seller was very communicative, showed me the orchids he was sending me, and informed me of approximate shipping delivery times and possible situations with Customs, that thankfully I did not have to deal with. Box was a little crushed, but orchids arrived in great condition. So much so compared to other orchids I have received overseas, that they shouldn’t require a lengthy recovery period to bounce back to full health. I can’t wait to watch these grow!!! Thank you :)

  Great service. I purchased 2 plants, both arrived in very good condition within 5 days after being despatched. Great packaging and both plants were the same as in the photos. Expensive including p&p but mature plants so worth it.

Happy with my purchase, this plant is rare to find here in the UK, and it’s been impossible for me to find one here in this size, so the best option for me is to have it imported, which was done professionally by this seller, quick arrival after dispatch, paperwork was included, professional! Plant arrived healthy, just needed a drink and soak, but overall was very resilient, packed well- it didn’t turn to mush or dry to a crisp! Thanks!
