The item was quickly shipped and came brand new, with the subtitles exactly as they told me. I would happily order from them again.

Condition misrepresented. Shipped it folded/crushed in a small box (height wise). Arrived all crumpled. Advertised shipping via USPS priority, charged me 23$ and then shipped via extremely slow and cheap USPS ground advantage. Took forever to get here. Gave me only 10$ refund for shipping after unnecessary back and forth. Instead of addressing the misrepresentation of the item and lies about shipping (item was to be shipped via USPS Priority for which they charged me 23$ - they deceived me by shipping via the slowest cheapest USPS Ground Advantage). They chose to attack me personally with lies. Their comment exposes this seller as a nasty greedy one. Items are misrepresented& if there is any problem, this seller will be uncooperative, rude&throw u under the bus
