  The business was prompt in communicating any issues delivering the product. The delivery method was not the fault of this business. I live in a very small town where for unknown reasons, UPS chooses if it will deliver to my address on a whim. UPS has delivered to my address many times, without issue. However, sometimes it will tell the seller that the address does not exist, which is what happened in this case. The business quickly found a way to get the phone to me. It is as stated. It is new.

  Quality was great! Condition was perfect!! Great value, less than if you would have bought a new GoPro 11 AND the appearance was amazing. There was a little shipping problem (this wasn’t the seller’s fault though) and the GoPro arrived late, but it was still great! Perfect if you’re trying to find something for your buck! The seller was also very helpful when the estimated delivery date disappeared from view! Thank you again, would recommend this seller!
