  First one sent was not playing music properly lots of static. Sent a replacement and offered to send a shipping label for both if they do not work. That built my confidence in the seller and second one worked fine. Great communication during the process. Pleasure to deal with and good to see sellers providing shopfront-style customer service on online platforms.
