  Item not as described – missing part: The listing clearly stated that all items were included, and tweezers were specifically listed. When the package arrived, the tweezers were missing. I contacted the seller, but no offer was made for a partial refund or cost adjustment. Disappointed that the product did not match the description and the seller did not resolve the issue. I would warn other buyers to verify with this seller that listed items are all included before buying from this seller.

  The order originally was incomplete but this seller is one of the best to deal with. Always replied to keep me up to date, and their resolution was far better than anyone on Ebay I have dealt with. You can't go wrong with this seller and they are a credit to the Ebay community. I would give them a 10 star review but Ebay only allows up to 5 stars so my review is 5 stars.
