I sent them pictures of the part and the serial number off the part I needed, they said they would send me the parts I need, and they still sent me thr wrong part with all the information I gave them. The drive motor they semt me was almost twice the size i needed. I was able to start the return process but I still have to pay for return shipping. Not a positive experience at all

Pilar called me and gave me many updates about when the machine would ship and she was available to me when I had questions which gave so much peace of mind. That you Pilar! The shipper they used (ArcBest) was also extremely communicative. They gave tracking and I was able to watch my machine travel across the country in live time until it pulled unto my door. I drove the machine off the trailer and right into my shop.
