  Excellent service communication very helpful there was no knee pads with my order when it arrived which description said was included they said they would dispatch them either Friday or Monday and they did straight away arrived safely today thank you.

  Item sent was the wrong size, I ordered 100cm was sent the 120. It is also different from pictured in any of the pictures. Comms from seller VERY slow and not decisive. They offered to send replacement, I suggested that I would buy the 100cm again to save them split the postage costs and keep both. Seller agreed, I agreed, then nothing further was sent with any instruction. I'm not chasing up again. Poor service overall. Given up, I'll just keep the wrong item, it's not worth the time and effort
