    This seller was amazing. They answered my questions (and I had a few) within hours. The replies were clear and detailed. After I purchased the laptop, it was shipped the next business day. It was well packaged and arrived safely. The product was exactly as described. I feel the price was more than fair. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    Item came as described. Packaged in nice bubble wrap with an additional piece covering a corner that was thin after the initial wrapping. No surprises and the item (laptop computer) has performed as expected. The laptop came in a plain cardboard box with "handle with care FRAGILE thank you" stickers. I noticed the package did not have lithium battery warning labels I assume to avoid the cost of hazardous material shipping.

    Package came just as described. It was shipped the next business day after ordering. And it was packaged extremely well so it wasn’t damaged during transport. Would definitely recommend this seller.
