He/she provided excellent communication, stating that he/she would be away until a certain date, and to expect delayed shipping - fair enough. He/she returned on the stated date and shipped the cd, which was delivered two days later, from Pennsylvania to Texas! It was securely packed and, as stated, in new condition.
