  I ordered one item but somehow received a totally different item than what I ordered. I notified the seller and he told me how to return it. I was given a refund. I was upset not to get the item I wanted but the seller did have good communication and fast resolution. Mistakes happen but working with a conscientious seller was nice and very appreciated.
