    Shipping was super fast, item arrived as described and mostly pretty clean. Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!

    Items received is good condition and match our existing equipment as discussed with Aeronsale prior to purchase. We’re happy with our purchase and fast shipping. Worth the expense over driving hundreds of miles for local pickup similar, lower priced items. Aeronsale was extremely responsive and diligent to ship these items to us quickly, quality customer service .

    Chair was refurbished well and looks great. Shipping was costly considering it was not packaged well. This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.
