  Ordered a part from them listed as new when I received the part and opened the box and removed I immediately noticed it had marks where it had been mounted before and also one terminal was bent. I contacted them letting them know it was used but I would try it and see if it worked or not. Which it didn't. Asked for a refund it took several message attempts before they would answer me about a refund which then they had me go through Ebay to acquire my refund use this seller at your own risk.

  Wrong item (956XL) instead of 953XL, even after I verified that seller had the item in stock. Sent an email to seller after I received the wrong item and was promised 953XL will be sent...NOTHING. I sent another email to seller after a few dats and was finally offered a REFUND. Lesson learned - always verify before ordering. Oh well. 😮
