Seller willing to accommodate, but happily it wasn't necessary as I was able to get someone to retrieve my mail for me. Item is perfect and exactly as described. Well packaged against breakage and a great value for the money

The plates were wrapped in miles of bubble wrap but sometimes it's hard to beat rough postal handling even with good packing. Seller was very easy to work with on the return.
