One of the accessories apparently did not make it into the box before it was shipped, but they sent it in a separate box that arrived before I even realized that it was missing. Outstanding service! Customer service ignored my requests to remove restrictions on this lower value item. I guess they only care if I spent a lot of money. In theory this was a great deal anyway, and it was nicely packaged and included the original cover and bag… aaaand then the oscilloscope channels were dead. Oh well. I am sorry that created an issue for you. You received a DL750 mainframe, there are no oscilloscope channels included on this unit, you need modules to operate. If there is anything else I can help with let me know, such as purchasing a module. - Jamison
