  Listing says "ships priority airmail within 24 hours". It took the seller 9 days to manage to get this shipped ups ground and they do not ever reply to any messages you send them. I was happy with the item once it finally arrived but this is pretty pathetic service especially for a $800 item.

  AAAAAAAA++++++++ ON THE CRANK. NOW NOT SURE TO DO ABOUT THE CORE, WAS TOLD THERE WAS A RETURN LABEL IN THE BOX BUT THERE WASN'T. DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF SHIPPING THE CORE BACK AS THE LISTING SAID SHIPPING OF THE CORE WAS INCLUDED. TRIED TO TELL THEM THERE WAS NO LABEL IN THE BOX AND TO SEND ME A SCEEN SHOT AND I WOULD PRINT IT OUT. NO RESPONSE.
