  Item listed and sold as brand new, unopened but arrived used in an opened package with the manufacturer seal broken on right hand side. Seller placed sticker to conceal broken manufacturer seal on the left. When I contacted the seller for a new replacement or full refund because the item I received was not as described in the offered listing, seller offered an 8$ refund.

  I sent a message to the seller, and I am very disappointed that I did not receive the quantity of 120 K-cups that I paid for, only 90 are in the box... I counted them, considering the box was shipped improperly sealed (and I could easily remove the K-cups without breaking the seals)... I sent the seller a message, including pictures, requesting the remaining 30 be sent to me, or I will need to return the item and request a refund... please notate and respond, thank you so much.

  Package was sent to wrong address. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION back from the seller after I repeatedly told him it was sent to the wrong address and if he could ask UPS to find out where it went. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT WITH THIS SELLER. It also took him several days to mail out the item.
