The item arrived only bagged and boarded inside a bubble mailer, which allowed it to bend slightly in transit and arrive in a different condition than listed. Sincerest apologies about that, our typical thicker mailers were out of stock from our supplier so we had to resort to what we could find in a pinch, no excuse, just full transparency. We will fully refund your order for this mishap and can ensure we have ordered a large quantity of our kraft mailers, although also bubble, they are much thicker and we reinforce them with cardboard inserts to avoid any folds or dents. This is great feedback! We try our best to keep shipping rates low by going with the lowest weight shipping option available BUT thanks to this feedback, we ordered thick corrugated carboard to better protect the comics (Just incase they don't read our handle with care labels). We also ordered Gemini mailers for those that buy multiple items :)! Thanks for helping to make our services better for everyone :D! Have a wonderful week!! - Adrian
